$100 Amazon.com Gift Card Giveaway

1. Sponsor

This giveaway (the “Giveaway”) is sponsored by Joe Salinas, a licensed Florida real estate sales associate with Florida’s A Team Realty, Powered by Sellstate, 10554 Spring Hill Drive, Spring Hill, FL 34608 (the “Sponsor”). Amazon.com is not a sponsor of, and is not affiliated with, this Giveaway.

2. Eligibility

Open to legal residents of Florida who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees and agents of the Sponsor and its brokerage, and their immediate family and household members, are not eligible. Void where prohibited.

3. Giveaway period

The Giveaway begins on September 24, 2026 and ends on September 30, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time (the “Giveaway Period”). Entries received outside the Giveaway Period will not be eligible.

4. How to enter

Complete the free sign-up form for the $0 Down List at closedbyjoe.com/zero-down-list with your name, email address and phone number during the Giveaway Period. You may also enter without using the form by emailing your name and phone number to Joe@ClosedbyJoe.com with the subject line “Giveaway Entry.” Limit one entry per person. Entering does not require, and does not create, any obligation to buy, sell, or use the Sponsor’s real estate services.

5. Prize

One (1) winner will receive one (1) $100 Amazon.com gift card. Approximate retail value: $100. The prize is not transferable and no substitution or cash equivalent will be offered, except that the Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if necessary. Gift cards are subject to the issuer’s terms and conditions. The winner is responsible for any taxes that may apply.

6. Winner selection and odds

The winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries on or about October 2, 2026. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

7. Winner notification

The winner will be notified by phone and/or email within five (5) days of the drawing and must respond within seven (7) days of notification to claim the prize. If the winner cannot be reached, does not respond in time, or is found ineligible, the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected in a random drawing.

8. Winner’s name

For the name of the winner, email Joe@ClosedbyJoe.com with the subject line “Giveaway Winner” within 60 days after the Giveaway ends.

9. General conditions

The Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected entries, or for technical failures of any kind. The Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entry it believes was submitted fraudulently or in violation of these rules. By entering, participants agree to these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final. These rules will not be changed once the Giveaway begins.

10. Privacy

Information collected is subject to the Sponsor’s Privacy Policy. By entering, you agree to be contacted by the Sponsor about the Giveaway and your home search, as described on the entry form. You may opt out at any time.
