What this site is

This site provides general information about buying and selling homes in Hernando, Pasco and Citrus counties, and lets you book a consultation. It is a marketing and educational resource, not a substitute for professional advice about your specific situation.

Not financial, legal or tax advice

Nothing here is financial, legal, or tax advice, and nothing here is an offer or commitment to lend.

• Loan program availability, terms, eligibility requirements and funding are set by lenders and program administrators, can change without notice, and may run out

No agency relationship is created here

Using this site, downloading a guide, or booking a consultation does not by itself create a brokerage or agency relationship between you and Joe Salinas or Florida’s A Team Realty. Any such relationship is created only through a written agreement signed by both parties, as required by Florida law. Until then, no duty of representation exists.

Consultations

• Consultations are free, offered in good faith, and carry no obligation on either side
• Booking a time is a request; appointments are subject to confirmation and may be rescheduled
• Information discussed is general guidance based on what you share, and may change once a lender reviews your actual documentation

Accuracy of information

I work to keep this site accurate and current, but information about programs, market conditions, communities and properties changes constantly and may be out of date or incomplete. Property information may come from third parties, including the MLS, and is deemed reliable but not guaranteed. Verify anything you intend to rely on.

Your information

When you submit a form, you confirm the information is yours and accurate, and that you’re at least 18. How that information is handled is covered in the Privacy Policy. Message and data rates may apply to text messages; reply STOP to opt out at any time.

Acceptable use

Please don’t:

• Submit false information or someone else’s contact details
• Scrape, copy or republish site content without permission
• Attempt to disrupt, damage or gain unauthorized access to the site
• Use the site for anything unlawful

Content ownership

The text, guides, design and images on this site belong to Joe Salinas or are used with permission, except for the Florida’s A Team Realty and Sellstate marks, which belong to their owners. You’re welcome to read, print and share the buyer guide for personal use. Republishing it commercially or presenting it as your own is not permitted.

This site links to and embeds third-party services, including a scheduling tool. Those services have their own terms and privacy practices, and I’m not responsible for their content or availability.

Limitation of liability
